REFUND POLICY:

All sales are final. We do not accept any returns. No refunds will be given for any fulfilled service/opened product. Any other refund requests may be granted only at our sole discretion.

 

SHIPPING POLICY:

We package all opened orders from the week over the following weekend, and they go out by the following Monday. You will receive an email with a tracking number to the email address provided with your order(s).

We charge shipping on a per order basis. The domestic US shipping rates are as follows:

         – Orders totaling $0-$24.99 = $3.50 shipping charge

         – Orders totaling $25-$49.99 = $5.00 shipping charge

         – Orders totaling $50 and up = Free shipping!

Another option to receive free domestic US shipping is by purchasing the Breaky Bunch Elite Club Membership, which gives you free shipping on all orders of any size and a 5% discount! The BBECM is only available to US customers at this time.

We ship internationally! All international orders are HITS ONLY, and your shipping cost will be determined at checkout. Shipping rate is the cheapest option possible + $5 handling fee for international orders. This is charged PER ORDER. We highly recommend purchasing all of your packs in the same order to prevent multiple shipping charges!
