I just placed an order! Where am I in the queue?

• Orders are added to the queue in the order in which the purchases are placed.We show the queue live on stream in-between openings!

I placed an order, but I had to leave. Did you open my pack?

• We do not open packs unless you are present in the stream, or unless you specify for us to open regardless of you being there. If you are not present when your order is called, we set it aside to open for you the next time you’re in the stream! Just let us know when you’re there, and we’ll bump you up to the front of the queue! 

 

Do you ship internationally?

 

• We ship internationally! All international orders are HITS ONLY, and your shipping cost will be determined at checkout. Shipping rate is the cheapest option possible + $5 handling fee for international orders. This is charged PER ORDER. We highly recommend purchasing all of your packs in the same order to prevent multiple shipping charges!

When do you ship out orders? How long does shipping take?

• We prep all orders from the week for shipment over the following weekend. The packages are then dropped off at the shipment center on Monday. After the packages are dropped off, it usually takes around 2-5 days to then arrive at the destination for domestic U.S. customers. International times vary.

What is your schedule?

• We post our schedule weekly in our discord (https://discord.gg/breakingswipes) as well as any time/date changes for our stream times! We also do exclusive giveaways and have an incredible community made up of fellow Breaky Bunch members!
